Rooms are very nice, beds very comfortable. Parking ramp is not super convenient but free(we didn't check to see if there's valet). All the employees were extremely nice and professional.
Great hotel with wonderful staff that go above and beyond to make every customer feel welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend! I ate in their restaurant and it was very good- Try the Walleye and Eggs!
GREAT location. Friendly staff who were knowledgeable and eager to assist. Parking is free, which you don't see often at a downtown hotel. The hotel was "updated a few years ago but still shows some age (no USB ports in the room, LCD TV instead of LED). Nice place and i would stay again
The pool is full of chlorine and it's impossible to breathe. My throat hurts 3 days after. The rooms are cool though
Friendly and clean hotel with spacious bathroom and pretty good continental breakfast. I really appreciated how accommodating the staff was when one of our party was ill. They extended checkout until 1pm and tried to help get us what we needed. A little inconvenient to drop off at due to no front drive and somewhat distant parking (though they do validate). Pillows are the typical too-big and fluffy hotel fare; wish I had brought my own.
