Great hotel and accommodations for the price. Staff was friendly and and amenities were clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. A+
Honestly if you stay here you better book on line after calling directly and reserving a room a week in advance to arrive and find out that for some reason my reservation was switched three times and I am no longer in a pool side room next to the rest of our party and they stuck us in a room facing a hill side not a scenic view a dirt wall and after a half HR of trying to figure everything out I'm told the best they can do is a non pool side room almost close to the pool. I was able to get a pool view room which didn't help since I have two children with and family at the pool hence the reason I wanted a pool side room. If I could give zero stars after seeing the shape of the rooms and the amount of customer service received I would. Once again if u make a reservation make it online and double check what is booked
Stayed there over the Dec 2nd 2017 weekend. Parking lot is goofy. Multi level and can't park without 4wd on the lowest levels. Most people were friendly but had a bad seed who was watching the food. First she cited us the rules that you have to wear shoes. Her words in a snickering voice, "You have to wear shoes here. The state says so." Not a, "I am sorry but for your safety you have to wear shoes in this area." Then my family and I were eyeballed the whole time we were there. Very uncomfortable. Again probably one bad seed in the bunch most others were very friendly.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I pay for a pool side room. With both a double and queen bed a week in advance ... I get charged today for said room. Show up and I'm in a two full bed room... Non pool side. The rest of the people staying with us got pool side and got the correct rooms. So now we get to be separated from the rest of our party and the staff refuse to do anything about it. Do not stay here. Or if you do... Book online and verify what you book. Do not call them. Period.
Personally in the future I would spend a few more dollars and find something newer cleaner and nicer. But for those on a super tight budget this is a reasonable value.
The facility was cleaned relatively well. No major issues. If your critical the vents in the pool area are dirty, carpet floors were worn out but generally the rest was good. It is older and feels like it is. The pool and hot tub were okay but chlorine was very high make sure to rinse well.
FYI - Hotel manager you may want to keep people not good with people, away from the people. It takes the right kind of person to deal with people in a personable, respectful and pleasant manner. We don't all have that capacity.
For the price is exactly what we were looking for. The beds are pretty firm so not the best for side sleepers. The staff has been really nice. Everything was clean. It was nice that there was a microwave and fridge in the room.
Breakfast was mediocre at best. Make your own waffles (cheap batter), bagels, some fruit and yogurt were on the menu. Not an official complaint but FYI GLUTEN FREE people not much for a gluten free diet but who really accommodates that at this point.
