Delivery personnel were professional and extra careful getting it upstairs.
This was heavy and not an easy job. Sofa was put on end to make corners let alone hauling up a steep stairway.
They don’t like to show the customer what they have they don’t like to spend that time with the customer

They covered door jams with protectant padding so as to not mar them. 1st Time I’ve ever seen that in all the deliveries. 5 STARS all around.

Ordered a sofa sleeper and 2 chairs for a 2nd floor room.
We had a small area in which to put a sectional. The salesperson who helped us, made suggestions and gave us plenty of time to select fabric. She called when the order was confirmed. In addition, delivery was outstanding - we were notified by message on the landline, message on the cell phone and an e-mail. Delivery was in the two-hour time window. Set up was completed efficiently. We love our new sectional and the service we got from Schneiderman's in Duluth.
