Great experience! Everyone was so so nice, especially Alina at the front desk. She was a bright happy face coming in from a long snowy drive. Very welcoming atmosphere and cozy rooms. Amazing views, good location for walking to all the tourist things. Fun outdoor amenities. We will definitely be back.
Stopped in for drinks and desert on a Friday evening. There was a bit of a wait but we enjoy the lice music and walking around the resort as we waited. Once seated we had great view of the water and the Aerial Lift Bridge. The drinks were excellent and the cheesecake was perfect. Great service and excellent atmosphere. Had a great visit.
Very neat, clean, new hotel in a high demand area. Very festive spirit during Bentleyville times, but I can imagine it will have a cool personality during all seasons. The hot tub is awesome! We all felt like we were at a foreign resort! Wish there were more places like this in the area.
My wife and I went there with our infant child. We had an excellent seat with a great bay front view. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was good. The food was on the higher end, but was pretty good. The fingerling potatoes were perfect! 4 stars instead of 5 because the food quality didn't quite fit the pricing, but still a very nice experience.
Hip and cool! Too hip for us? Perhaps. Amazing views, very creative and interesting space. If you meet Allina at reception, consider yourself blessed. For lovely Allina gets customer service, and her warm bubbly personality will wow you. If it doesn't, you have no soul. The soundproofing is hit or miss, our first room was next to several screaming children, when we spoke with lovely Allina (have I mentioned Allina!? No, I'm not related to her. I WISH my family was this awesome) she moved us promptly and gingerly with a smile. Our second room was gorgeous, and the soundproofing was either better or our neighbors were just considerate. If you love hip, groovy architecture and want amazing views, this is your place.
