Great service, excellent atmosphere. I always enjoy the music. If you like sports this is a laid back place to watch with friends. The food is on par too. The deals make it a reasonable date night destination. Still not convinced? They have more than 30 beers on tap, you're guaranteed to find something you enjoy on tap.
However, I don't understand why you guys don't have Food Dudes deliver past 5 or 4:30PM?
I can't tell you how many times I have wanted to order Food Dudes from you guys (at least 10 times now, including today), but it's always closed around dinner time. I'd understand if you closed the delivery at 3, because then I'd think you're targeting mostly people ordering for lunch, but since it closes right at 5 it doesn't make much sense.
Honestly I love the food. I personally think the burgers are the best in Duluth or tied for my favorite.
So I didn't know what else to do but comment here about it. If maybe you guys could keep it delivering until 7pm (if possible) that would be awesome and I'd be ordering at least once or twice a week from y'all.
My son and I stopped for lunch. Great beer selection. Good burgers. Good service. Everything was good. If you like burgers and beer, give it a try. Nice place.
The food was very good. My Lucy was fantastic! Very flavorful and a bit pink in the middle- just the way I like it! What really impressed me, though, was how the manager handled a complaint at my table. It was very busy and my friend got a nearly well done steak when she had ordered medium rare. He apologized and offered to make a new one or, since it would be a wait, give her the meal and a dessert for free. Going with the second option, the whole table was blown away by the level of customer service demonstrated. We will all definitely be returning!
Granted I love going in to eat at restaurants but I live about a 30 minute drive from you and so this cutting off at 5-4:30pm thing has made you all lose money from me, and potentially countless other customers who have wanted to get your delivery for dinner.
(This was brought on by me about to make an order from Food Dudes, but as I was adding items to the cart, it suddenly shut off and said you guys open back up for delivery at 11AM. This was because while I was ordering it became 4:30PM :/ ).
Staff is wonderful and their beer selection is great! Drinks are a little overpriced but they're always good. Tacos are one of the best, comfort food tastes like mom used to make and the chocolate chip lucy is unbeatable.
