My food is consistently awesome. I know it's a chain, but it's a good chain. The Duluth place is great. I'm listening to the bartender speak to a customer with such empathy and care and honestly everyone here is always like that. Five stars all around. P.S. Come for the chicken wonton tacos!!
Usually pretty busy. Decent food n' salads. There's a bar, and wierd random games on a tablet at every table.
The last two times I have been here, the wait staff has been terrible. They barely spoke to us. Our server took our drink and food orders and we didn't see them again until they brought the bills (which we paid for ourselves on the little machine - this decreased the tip I gave because I had to do part of their job for them.) My water glass was never refilled, despite asking. The server barely spoke to us or looked at us. The other time I went, they wouldn't let us push together tables. Don't understand that because servers at all other restaurants are able to reach over rather than squeeze between tables. We weren't given cutlery so we had to go to the host stand and get it ourselves. Server had an attitude with our table and was sassy. We had a group of about 10 and the food was brought out at different times and spaced very far apart. By the time the last people got their food, the first people were done eating. Ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend this place. There are better and cheaper places to eat in Duluth.
Went to Applebee's with my wife and two daughters and our server was awesome and very polite and outgoing taking care of our every need the food was top notch we both ordered steak and it was very good no sauce needed.. and that is when u know it's good when no sauce is needed .. I would highly recommend Applebee's Duluth MN
Wasn't impressed with the service we received. The server took almost 10 minutes to get the table to grab our first drink orders. Then forgot a soup order when our dishes were brought out. Also, not a fan of the "Pay at the Table" when we weren't splitting the check. For something that's meant to be convenient, it wasn't. If we had ordered through that portal, it would have been fine, but they need to clarify that to customers when first being seated.
