He did (within 15 minutes, thereby distinguishing himself) and set an appointment for 8am the next morning. He arrived on time and took care of the problem in a friendly, informative and professional manner. He will be our go-to-guy for any future plumbing issues.

Called Hillside Sewer to unclog my main line. I used a previous company in the past and didn't have a good experience so tried Hillside. Dusty came out and was very friendly and informational about what was going on. There were quite a few roots so he suggested running a camera down to really see what was going on. There was no pressure to use the camera at all, but I wanted to make sure my line wasn't failing so decided to do it. It was pretty cool to see all the spots that roots where getting in and really was the only way for him to work at those areas to fix the problem. Things are flowing good now and really am just happy with the quality of service he provided at a reasonable price. Thank you!
