While we were on vacation in Brazil (on 4th of July weekend) I got an alert that there was water in the basement. While Fossum couldn't service it he referred me to multiple trusted plumbers who could. 6 stars...
Would highly recommend Fossum! Was very easy to work with in getting an appointment scheduled, and was very timely. I was not able to be at my house (had someone else wait while he worked) and he made sure to give me a call right after he was done working to inform me of the work that he had completed. The work that was done was high quality work not to mention he worked quickly!

Promptly called back after I left a message. He came by two days later and had the problem fixed and piping replaced within an hour. Reasonably priced. Will definitely be calling him for services again when needed.
