Called Caldwell plumbing and Adam made an appointment for a plumber to show up at my house on November 20, 2017. This was a 3 week wait from the time I called. On November 20th I called at 10:13am to see when they would be arriving I got a voicemail and left message.....nothing! I waited until 1:00 pm. they never showed up or gave me a courtesy call.
My husband and I noticed that our furnace was out. It was Sunday at 9pm and I called to set up an appointment for the next day. However, Adam instead rushed right over and had it fixed in under an hour! Adam has always done great work and he will be the first person we call for any of our HVAC needs.
