I love this Gym. The staff is extremely nice, personal and very knowledgeable about getting the best results for your training. This is the first Gym I feel comfortable asking not only the owners but others in the gym for advice. The owner, Marty, has years of experience working with the best in weight training. It's awesome having him help you see too it that you have the best form. Having mostly Nautilus machines and some Med Ex machines , you know you are getting the most for your dollar! And it's cheaper than Anytime Fitness last time I checked! I dread the day I have to move from Duluth, and hope it never happens! Go Xcel Xercise and you won't go wrong!
Love this gym! I've gained a lot of benefit from the core building equipment. The atmosphere is relaxed. No big body builder types there. Never have to wait to use something. The staff is very knowledgeable about the equipment and proper uses of the equipment for maximum benefit. I've been a member for several years and will continue to use this gym.

Friendly, small and local fitness center. Management is very helpful and courteous. The machine selection in the gym is a bit limited as you might expect from a smaller location. Also due to its size, there's no running track.
