Super fun place for kids, teens and adventurous adults to jump, flip, climb and have fun. From rock climbing, to an obstacle course, trampolines, dodgeball, a foam pit an so much more, it's a great place to go spend an hour or two. It's a high energy place with loud, upbeat music. Vending machines are available for snacks and beverages. There is a fair amount of seating for the non-jumpers too. Good times to be had by all!
Ok so here's the low down on this place. It was fun for my boys, but the problem is the bossy little brats they've got working here. They need to consider hiring PARENTS and not kids. Every time the kids would start having fun oh guess what, a whistle gets blown and some little jerk comes over and yells at my kid for some idiotic reason. Even when I was standing there with them. I don't think we'll be back until they get some real employees that understand children.
We've needed a place like this in Duluth forever! I'm so happy we finally have a trampoline park. I took my son and his 7 buddies here last weekend and they had a blast. It was a little confusing assigning tickets to his friends on the website, but I asked for help at the counter and it was taken care of quickly and accurately by the staff. They are still working out some kinks, but we had a great experience. We will definitely be back!
My 7 year old grandson loves the air park. We were 1st ones there today, Noticed how nasty the upper carpets were don't think they were vacuumed at all. Makes me wonder how sanitary it is. Mentioned it to one of the employees and all he said was we need better vacuum. You think you could afford cleaning stuff with the money you charge. My husband said the men's bathroom had a dirty bandaid on the floor. Something you might wanna check into especially with the germs that go around in the winter. Hopefully our nexts visit will be cleaner.Thanks
Wow so much fun and great exercise. We came at 9, they close at 10. I get it, it's the last hour their open. But there were alot of staff, at least 10 people, all cleaning right away so they could close up on time. They were all listless and no one smiled. They also gave us all the wrong bracelets and had to swap them out after we had all paid. We were a group of 15, that's 300$. They closed the dodge ball pit for "cleaning" an hour before they closed and didn't clean it once. No one was in it and we were all very disappointed and many had asked to play. Only a few were "reffing". The atmosphere of the place was great but they really brought it down by not giving us the full experience.
