Never had a bad experience, been a regular for years. Love this place!
I was visiting from out of town and craving my normal workout routine so was happy to find this studio! I took a spin class with Shari and had a great experience! She is welcoming, helped me adjust my bike and had great energy! The bikes have straps on the pedals for regular sneakers or you can wear clip in spin shoes. The entrance is located at the back of the building address, bring your own towel!
Love this place and the teachers are amazing. Everyone is super welcoming, I can't believe I was intimidated by how cool this place seemed - I felt at home right away (it is super nice here but not intimidating at all!). If you are just starting yoga go to a flow class and they will give you adaptations to make it easier on you. If you want a hard workout and are comfortable with yoga go to a sculpt or HIIT class. You reserve a class/see the schedule through the MindBody app and then just give the instructor your name when you come (knowing how to do this was also what made me hesitate so I figured others would find that helpful).
