Great little gym with crossfit equipment. It's always empty so there is no waiting around for machines or racks.

Felt like I was working out in a dungeon. No trainers on staff, the website had said there was. Place was not as pictured on their website.
nice owner, big place with 3 to 4 courts for playing inside, big changing rooms!
Out dated. Prices for membership are high.
Parking sucks here.
