It's a very good place to eat. The service is a bit slow at first cuz there are so many people there. The food is so good. I had the Chicago thick pizza I think it was called Chicago 7. So very good. I have been there 3 times and never had a bad meal. I would have given it 5 stars but they need to work on service. Very good overall.
My family and I visit Duluth's Old Chicago nearly once a week. It's turned into our go-to Friday evening place. We especially love it because we each can find something on the menu we enjoy, plus the beer selection is great. My husband and I tried the Italian Grinder pizza last visit and it was delicious! For a couple, a family or 5 or a large group, I'd recommend Old Chicago. The staff and the food are both excellent!
We had a large group, it was no problem, huge menu, the food was reasonably quick, hot and wonderful! Large portions, great selection of bar drinks beers and wine. Interesting building, games, clean bathrooms. I definitely recommend!

We had to "walk slowly" behind the host to our booth because it was still being wiped down by a very annoyed, grumpy server. We sat down and the seat of the booth was wet and there were still straw wrappers left on the table. We waited for 10 minutes for a server to even greet us. Then we waited another 10 for our order to be taken. Then our orders (wings, fries, and onion rings) took 20 minutes. In the meantime, the server dropped off napkins and condiments. One of the napkins was dirty. Overall just didn't enjoy the cleanliness or service of the place. Food was only okay. Wings are pretty small and portions as a whole are small. Our server was sort of friendly.
