I had a great experience at this store, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned and oiled the boots I brought in free of charge. My next pair of boots will definitely come from here.
Everyone working here was very helpful and knowledgeable, they handled each costumer the same and stayed attentive to each of us when it got busy. You should invest in a good boot, and you should do it here.
Ordered a pair of heritage boots, they ordered the wrong boot for be. Zero customer service. I will drive down to Red Wing next time and go to there store, much better service.
2nd best pair of boots I have ever owned. the best would be Muk Luks. I wear my Red Wings most all the time. I finally found boots that actually help keep my feet warm and dry (other than Muk Luks). will be getting another pair soon.
