My Mom and I went to David's Bridal in Duluth. We did not have an appointment, but the staff was more than happy to meet with us and help us with our quest for the perfect dress. Maranda was our salesperson and she was AWESOME! We also met with the manager and the alterations lady (I do not remember their names - sorry). They were also very accommodating and helpful. Overall - it was great and I would recommend going there to anyone. Thank you!!
I had a great experience in the Duluth store! I was the only one in the entire store for my appointment, which made me more relaxed and less self conscious. The ladies were really nice with finding the right dress for me and it came down to a hard decision to choose the right dress. I had plenty of options to choose from with my budget. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of the financial options that I had. I was going to do the layaway option, but since I was ordering from another store the dress had to be paid in full. This confused me and gave my family and I no other option but to pay it all despite not really being financial fit to drop a lot of money all at once. All in all I’m happy with the experience, but I wish the financial options were explained more in depth so people aren’t faced with a split second decision at the register.
Great experience! I went during the day during the week and was the only one in there which was great! She had me first point out some of the dresses I liked so she could get a feel for what I liked, then did a great job of finding ones I loved! I went over my appointment time but they didn’t rush me, and she gave me her honest opinion, as well as gave me space to decide.
This David’s Bridal is amazing! On this past Halloween my sister was getting married and one of her bridesmaids was having car troubles and didn’t think they could make it and after going in explaining the situation they helped us find a dress for me to stand in as a bridesmaid and even had it altered in a half hour! The service was impeccable and the kindness was so appreciated especially since they could have just told us there was nothing they could do. My sales consultant was I believe was named Amber and the alterations were done by the alterations manager. I would name them by names but I lost my business card as I am traveling out of state. But they were amazing and total wedding savers. Thank you!
Kimberly is so wonderful! She is patient and kind!! She was enjoyable to be around during this exciting and nerve wrecking time! She was knowledgeable and totally honest about what I really needed vs what I wanted! I can’t wait to see what a wonderful job she did! All of the girls that were there were super friendly while I waited and they made me feel super welcomed and important!! If I ever need another dress I’ll definitely be going back!!
