Would not stand behind the product they sold when it proved to be defective. I was told to send it back to the manufacturer. I can purchase online and get better service after the sale. Very good at closing the sale, but once they have your cash and you are out the door you are stuck with it. I expect more from a specialty retailer selling very expensive shoes. I will buy my shoes else where from now on. They are no longer the only show in town.
Great store with knowledgable staff, great selection and very competitive prices. Plus they give back constantly to running at all levels.
Far Better then trying to buy Running Shoes on line...and these folks are the BEST. Fair prices and Personalized service!!!

A couple days ago I bought some track shoes from this store along with a few other things. The people working there are friendly and very helpful. The prices were surprisingly as good if not better than most large sports chain stores. Would defiantly be a repeat customer if I lived in the area.
