Absolutely terrible I would never go here again in my life or recommend them to anyone. Had a $200 dress that was shortened and they got the bottom of dress dirty and stained up. Had my dress picked up Friday for me I got back from Vacation looked at the dress yesterday there were smudges. So of course I don't have time to do anything cause I work today so I sent my mom there and they were rude thought we wanted our money back and thought I wanted them to pay for my dress. No I wanted them to take some accountability for what they did. They could have offered to pay for the dry cleaning. The store is a mess and disgusting no wonder my dress was dirty. I would highly suggest not even wasting your time and I paid way more then I would have if I had gone some where else but I was on a time crunch had no choice. Absolutely disgusted with them and not the way to run a business.
Worst place. All military uniform ranks were inaccurately placed on collars with no attention to detail or measurement. Going to a different place just to have it all redone.
My daughter asked for minor alterations on her wedding dress. The lace was ripped and we were told my daughter did it and was lying. They agreed to patch it and the dress would have been ruined if my oldest daughter hadn't stepped in, removed the horrible patches and artistically glued in pieces of lace. I would give lower than one star if I could.
Very Poor Experience. Alterations were done incorrectly, removing too much material in one area, leaving a very crooked hem, and when questioned told the customer that their body changed, not that the alterations were done incorrectly. Essentially ruined a pricey formal gown, and would not accept responsibility, still demanded the overpriced cost. Will never recommend or use this company again.
Best alterations service in the area. Good price, excellent work.
