The instructor Diane is knowledgeable and an effective teacher, and the facility is more than adequate. My parents 3 dogs, my wife's dog, and now mine have all been through the class and I would highly recommend it. Diane sends out email reminders for each class so you do not have to take notes and helps dog owners stay on track with training their dog.
After going to the first night of class, I realized it was too far from my home (almost an hour drive) so I emailed the owner explaining I would not be able to continue the class. Was told IF someone called looking to fill my spot, she would refund a "portion" of my fee. Of course nobody did, so I basically paid $150 for ONE night of class. Very disappointed in their business procedure.
