absolutly -5star imposible to deal with I will never ship with ups again or accept from them I will have all my vendors ship via any one but ups
Me and my team came in very late one evening here recently Jay and his team of professionals took a huge order and flipped it around in 45 minutes, it was tremendous.
I needed a package urgently and it was scheduled for afternoon delivery. Heather at the Customer Center pulled it off the truck so I could come and pick it up. She saved the day and was very friendly!
Very friendly serves. Need longer pick up hours in the morning. Pick up hours are 8am to 9am and 4pm to 6pm
If you are on the ass end of someone's route, you can bet your sweet potatoes, you are not getting that package til after 6 sometimes in my case 7:20 pm. If you send a request to hold a the ups center, you can pick it up between 8 & 9 am or 4 & 6 pm that way your are not at the mercy of some driver. It's a nice option to have thanks Jeff
