Very Very Great Pizza! Found this place on a bike ride along the Lake Walk trail. Well worth looking up. We now have a new tradition coming to Duluth. Grandma's has just out priced us, $20 for PASTA?
Ordered large special and a medium crew too expensive for what was delivered. The crew was basically just cheese very little toppings, special could have had more spinach or might taste better with fresh basil. Pizzas are not like they use be..which use to be super good and affordable. Delivery staff was friendly and polite.
Picked up a small sausage pizza and large one with tomatoes, onions and peppers the moment we got into town for the weekend. I noticed another order with a salad waiting to be delivered when we arrived. It looked so good, I added a salad to our order. Got the vinaigrette dressing to go with it. Pizza and salad were very tasty and just what I was craving after a long drive from the twin cities. The 4 of us will eat the leftover slices in the morning. Enthusiast staff treated us right.
The whole family loves Sammys Pizza! We always get a family size sausage with extra cheese. Lately we've been adding broasted chicken to our order, and it is DELICIOUS! Don't forget to grab a couple of cookies on your way out, you won't be disappointed!
