This Place is great, they threw in a few free items because they had sold out of the brownies ,and they also threw in a free pizza for the mishap but definitely great costumer service

Brent does the best orders and his customer service is outstanding. I always ask for him personally if I were to order because I know he will never mess anything up. He even does the special spiral sauces on top just the way my fam loves it. A 1
The worst costumer service the manager was just a jerk. Used a buy one get one free coupon and charge 19.00 for one pizza after we where told one pizza was $10.00.
Visited Duluth for the first time and was literally blown away by the customer service. They did mess up my first order but when notified they followed up very professionally and sent me another order for free the next day. Manager Ryan personally took matter into his own hand and absolutely turned things around. You don't see customer service like this especially in these days and in the fast food line. Highly recommended.
