Hadn't been in for several years; went there for lunch today and should have played it safe because I know your pizza is great. Unfortunately, I ordered chicken tacos and they were the worst I've ever tasted! Dry shredded chicken, and very little of it, no sauce or veggies...just some lettuce and very little cheese. The soft tortillas were barely warm. I should have sent them back, but my friend was treating, and I didn't want to embarrass her.
I'm from out of town and spun the roulette wheel of delivery and won, big time. This pizza was everything you could want. It's got perfectly golden cheese, and I know cheese I should know I'm from Wisconsin! Delivery was quick, friendly, and polite enough to call ahead of time. 6/5 stars would order again.
We got The Boss on half and sausage and green olives on the other side. The Boss is spicy, so if that's your thing go for it. I liked it, but I would definitely need other pizza for rotate with and give my mouth a break. I'm rating this a 4.5 based on your typical chain pizza being around a 3. It's definitely better than chain pizza. It's a solid price and you get good value. Free delivery. If someone gave this a 5 star, I wouldn't argue. I'm not giving it a 5 because it wasn't amazingly memorable, but make no mistake, I enjoyed it and was more than satisfied.
Great food at a reasonable price. Fantastic location. Great beer selection. Always fun when a band is playing in house.
I love the food here. The atmosphere is great to. However, the service is horrible. They don't ever seem to know what they are doing and forget something almost every single time. Not a big deal, until it happens way to often. If the the service was better I would give 5 stars because the food is fantastic!
