I have been there 3 times in last month & theres a certain lady who works there who is ALWAYS beyond rude. If you ask questions about makeup or skincare she looks at you like your dumb. She makes very snarky remarks and should not work there.

I called to schedule an appointment for my daughters prom and was told that their coordinator was on vacation til next week and that she took the schedule book with her so she was unable to schedule anyone. I was told that they would call me back in a week. My daughters prom is in 2 weeks. I explained that I couldn't wait til the last minute to schedule because then she may not get in at all. Sorry but I think it's crazy that her coordinator would take the entire book with her and that they wouldn't have someone else to do the scheduling.
