I have worked with Arrowhead Psychological Clinic in a business capacity for several years. David and Shelley have always been wonderful professionals to work with. They always want to do what’s right and have played a positive role in the community for many years. In addition, I am also aware of several Individuals and couples that have received counseling at Arrowhead Psychological Clinic and they have also been very positive about their experiences at Arrowhead Psychological Clinic.

So I was going to this place even when they where downtown wich is easier to take a bus to then where they r not n cuz of my hubby n his diabetes he sometimes lost his DL so it wasn’t always easy n now I can’t take a cab due to my new health insurance n cuz ic missed a lot due to no ride n my fear of being in a small space with a lot of people so being on the bus wasn’t easy for me,so when they moved it made it a lot harder to get there when hubby didn’t have his DL I would miss cuz my apt would be at 8/9am n the number 10h dta bus doesn’t show up by my place until around 920/925 ic missed some spots due to that n Iv explained the situation n they still referred me out n just found out after not going there for months that I can’t go back,wasn’t even able to explain that I wanted to start in dec/Jan n do 1 day a month n since I wouldn’t explain that I was told no we can’t come back!very disappointed as me n hubby loved seeing who we where seeing but now we won’t be seeing no one due to them.will not even try to come back after this!!i will not recommend if u rive have a medical condition n can’t drive for a few months to not come here!!
If you are considering therapy for any reason, i would look into this clinic first. They have many therapists and are very professional. My experience with therapist has been great, considerate and caring etc.There was an error a couple months in with insurance/billing, and it was corrected promptly and reasonably. A lot of other businesses might have handled the circumstance differently (such as telling the patient to get lost), the fact that they worked with me is a testament to their priority being: patient first and finances second.
Very professional and caring people. We learned more about each other than we ever thought we would! Great facility and very cordial staff. We have recommended many people come in.
