God my first car a couple of months ago! Tony helped us right away and helped us find not exactly what we needed, it was actually even better. We didn't get our second key because he couldn't find it, but we hope when we are in Duluth we can get with no extra cost. Process was super fast and service was great!
My kid tried to buy a car from them and they 'sold' him a car for $8000. They could only take $2000 up front so they wanted him to return with more $$ the following day. In the meantime they would keep the vehicle until paid in full. (He did NOT apply for a loan) The next day my kid let them know he couldn't purchase it after all. They still have the car (it was never taken off the lot) and his $2000, trying to hide behind the guise of a 'binding contract'. No property was ever exchanged besides the money that they refuse to refund. We spoke to a finance person who assured us the money would be returned and paperwork cancelled....then the sales manager actually told my kid they "aren't Walmart" and you can't change your mind. This is a crooked dealership who just stole my kid's money. BEWARE
My husband and I were looking to trade in our truck and our service was exceptional to say the least!! Our salesman Matt Coy was great we told him what we were looking for and he went above and beyond to satisfy us. He made sure we got our money for our trade in and all the rebates not everyone does that it was nice to know we were NOT taken advantage of, we will be going to him for any vehicles from now on!!
I traded in my 2013 Chev Silverado single cab and got 2k over trade in value for it. I bought a 2011 4 door (due to a growing family) for under market value. Thanks to Mathew Coy salesman from North Star Ford i got into my dream truck and got a great deal. Keep in mind I have extremely bad credit. Mathew worked hours with 40+ banks while I was at work to get me into the truck I wanted for a great deal!! I would recommend Mathew Coy and Miller Hill Ford to all my friends and family. Overall great experience and great customer service. Took about 1 hour when it was all said and done. Thank you again Mathew Coy and Miller Hill Ford!!!!!!
Schedule a vehicle for repairs in advance to bring in expecting it will be worked on immediately. Why else would one schedule in advance? I fully understood the work was time consuming, but the service manager minimized to me the amount of time they would have my vehicle. Furtermore its impossible to reach anyone in the service department via phone calls, nor will they call back when you leave a message or if a service representative specifically tells you they will call on vehicle status. Not impressed with customer service at all. Will not return to Northstar Ford for vehicle repairs again
