Nice selection of vehicles and great deal on leases but lots of the people that work there are pushy to get you into one of their vehicles and it doesn't provide a very home life environment.
Our salesman Bob L. was great! We bought a used car for our daughter and it was a no pressure sale! We went back three times before we bought the car. Once we decided to make the purchase, the paperwork was done quickly. We’ll definitely go back.
Came in to look for a newer car to trade in my old vehicle for. They test drove my car and everything to get the value of it. The salesman I talked to was mostly helpful but he said he would call me with the valuation of my car, never called, never answered my texts or calls. Horrible service.
Service department doesn't speak to you, and it comes from the top down. I was the only person in the lobby.. For over 10 min watching the clock. At least 5 employees passed me not one asked if they could help me. I asked to speak to the service department manager and he treats you with complete disrespect, complains because he/they are "too busy to acknowledge evey customer in a timely manner." From the lack of organization made apparent from his office. His disheveled appearance and his inability to speak with respect to customers it is apparent what kind of customer service can be expected from this place.
I have been a customer for 20 years. Purchased 2 vehicles from them. Their service department is great. They have bundle deals on oil changes ( For all makes.) that make oil changes cheaper than the just oil change places. If you have a FCA car/truck under warranty, getting oil changes here goes on the vehicle record.
