I called and talked with him, and didn't even accuse him of anything, just informed him of what I found and asked him what he knew about it, and he immediately began raising his voice and swearing at me. He was very unprofessional with me over the phone, meanwhile I kept my cool and was nothing but polite on my end. He didn't do a thing for me, and pretty much told me to get lost. That is proof enough that he KNEW EXACTLY that he was trying to pull one over on me. DO NOT buy a car from this guy.

the guy is a theif .misreprents autos . be carefull .also changed dash to get lower miles later i had a chance to ck with state of mn .truck had 90000 in reality when he purchesed truck it had 180000 . be cause of age of truck . 1994 . he got off the hook..
Kev is a shyster. Bought a vehicle from him this spring, upon getting it home it started leaking quite a bit of oil. Brought it to my mechanic, turned out the cam seals and crankshaft seal were leaking all over the timing belt/serpentine belt/alternator and had been patched up with silicone caulk! He had "done the timing belt" but did a very poor job - the oil pump had been cracked and welded back together on top of all this, the timing cover was cracked, and the chain inside was loose. All said and done it had to have the timing belt job all redone in addition to all the other stuff wrong, which added up to $1500.
