My husband and I stopped in Monday afternoon and were attended to very well by multiple people in the women’s and men’s departments. A lot of great knowledge and hospitality. Most of the pricing was matched when comparing it to REI sales and others like it.
It can be pricy, but fun to go and look at stuff. Staff is most of the time friendly. Other people I know have had bad interactions, and they almost always don't have my or my husband's sock sizes.
This is a well-merchandised outdoor goods store. They have a great selection of camping/backpacking/outdoor adventure gear, as well as a good selection of clothing and footware. The staff has been friendly and helpful every time I have visited. And I love the Duluth & Minnesota items (e.g., t-shirts) that they carry.
Stuff was priced on par with other outfitters that I've been to around Portland, OR. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient and they had a shocking large inventory of things we needed for our trip! Loved the store!
I still go back and get stuff. Pretty good inclusive store.
Does not carry climbing shoes like Google had suggested, but the rest of the store is wonderful.
