It really depends on which salesman you get. I had a terrible experience when I was looking for new irons, the salesman I had kept trying to push me into a higher priced set that I didn't hit nearly as well. I purchased my irons elsewhere. I went back some months later to find a new driver, the salesman I had couldn't have been more helpful. I was fitted with the perfect club, which wasn't the newest model.
It depends on which person you deal with. I had my driver shaft replaced and when it was done they didn't call me or anything I had to call a week later to find out it's been done for a while. And a younger guy there was extremely rude when I went there to pick it up.
Couldn't have been happier with the experience.
