I would go to any other realtor than Dan O"hara from western. He told the buyers of our house that we didn't want any of our personal belongings and that we were not going to be there for closing. He doesn't return phone calls and doesn't explain all the different costs when selling a home. We live in montana and when we showed up to get our belongings the new prospective buyers had changed the locks and had taken all of our belongings into the garage. We had to call there realtor to get into our own home. We found out about the closing date from the other realtor. We arrived on the 11th and the closing was set for the 23rd. But they changed it for the 13th. Image our surprise to see the new parties had already started moving in. In all my years of buying and selling homes I have never worked with someone so shaddy.
