Absolutely amazing! I am so happy we went with what everyone told us to do - go with Casey. During our final walk through we discovered the sellers switched out the appliances with old or cheap ones, but Casey was there. Not only did she write the contract to ensure this wouldn’t legally happen (many do not think to include that in the contract), but she worked incredibly hard to ensure they were moved back in. We are so glad she was on our side and not the sellers.
