The Boundary Waters are a choose your own adventure...literally. I usually love to go on backpacking trips where you follow a prescribed trail. In the BWCA, you can spend a weekend paddling around, or spend 3 weeks getting away from society and not seeing a soul for a week at a time. Serene, unmolested, pristine.

One of the most beautiful, most secluded places I've ever been to.

If you are thinking about a canoe trip in BWCAW, go for it! This is some of the most gorgeous, untouched land in the country. If you enjoy nature, you owe it to yourself to visit this natural wonder.

A wonderful wilderness area. Nothing like a week on the canoe trail. A must visit.

can you play and go in the lake??
