Nice dog park. Just wish it had some grass
Observation Park is a nice little spot overlooking the lake and downtown Duluth. There is a playground, community center and dog park. The hockey rink and basketball court need some tender love and repair.
Don't miss the trails into the woods leading to one of the best overlooks in Duluth.
