Had a great experience. Went in for the first time with my boyfriend back in December 2016. We just wanted to look around and get ideas for the type of ring I want. We were greeted instantly by Kyle and he was excellent. He listened to what I was interested in he was not pushy or trying to sell us something the whole time which I appreciated. I felt he understood me and gave great insight into what I should expect when deciding to go with a sapphire instead of a diamond. He took the time to get to know us as a couple. I was just proposed to yesterday February 11 2017 and it is a beautiful and perfect white ct gold blue sapphire ring!! My fiancé and Kyle did a great job working together to create exactly what I wanted.
