They literally never answer the phone and I never got a response back from trying to setup an appointment online since I couldn't get ahold of them over the phone. When I originally ordered my ring they never called me to let me know it came in either.
I've been here before and had a good experience but after what happened today... Never again! Rude and unhelpful! Some lady with shoulder length dark brown hair wearing glasses. Please tell me she's not the manager cause if she is she needs to go back to orientation and do some training. Terrible terrible terrible!
Would be nice to be able to talk to someone on the phone! We’ve been trying for a month, calling and leaving voicemails to get in, but no answer or call back.
I had a gold chain sent out for repair and was told it would be back in 2 weeks. Five weeks later I returned to the store looking to find out what the hold up was and they had the chain and the repair was done nicely. However they could not explain to me why I was not notified it was in or why it took so long. The sales person was not willing or able to do anything to recitify the issue only say he was sorry and couldn't explain what had happened. I will have to find a new place to go to purchase my jewelery and have repairs done.
