First off, only reason I'm giving them a full 2 stars is because I was unable to actually get insurance through them. I'll explain. They were shopping for me, then going to get back to me. My phone was having issues so missed two calls & messages. Finally emailed me later, but too late, since I had a time frame and I had to go with someone else. I emailed back explaining and apologizing.
Peter and the staff and Young and Associates are fantastic. We have been buying insurance through them for years for both personal and business. They always do a great job shopping various policies to get the best rates and educate us on what type of insurance we should cary based on our changing needs. I also LOVE the insurance packets they put together as it keeps us so organized! Thank you for all you do.
