We made the decision to work with Hanlon & Associates on a few different insurance needs because they were a local firm. They've been great to work with, had several options to consider and took the time to explain how the options fit our needs (or in some cases weren't a good fit for our family). The staff's quick response to questions and inquiries have been incredible. Highly recommend!
Everyone here is friendly and professional! Even though my account is small potatoes (two cheap cars and renter's insurance), my agent Eric always has time for me, and the people who answer the phone are consistently helpful and courteous. Getting my insurance moved to Minnesota from out of state was actually pleasant. Eric got me a better deal than I expected and kept me informed through the whole process, and the turnaround time from quote to policy was INSANELY fast. As we used to say in college, A+, recommend.
I got cute about a year ago and found a slightly cheaper homeowners policy outside of Hanlon and signed up for it. Tucker called to let me know he was sad to see me go and offered to take a peek at my new policy for any pitfalls that I may be unaware of. He identified that my new policy had prorated roof coverage based on the age of the roof (my roof is OLD). Tucker got me lined back up with a 100% replacement policy that didn’t take into account the age of the roof.
Also he was so nice. I really appreciate his help. :)
Also my policies are better coverage for less money than I was paying previously. And I felt that Eric took all the time to answer my questions about the policies so that I left feeling confident that I understood it all.
I met with Eric today at Hanlon & Associates. I am very impressed by his service and the insurance policies he helped me with. I have dealt with many insurance agencies in the last 10 years or so and I've never had such a good experience.
Met with Tucker today after a brief, panicked phone call to him yesterday. My wife and I are closing on a new house in two days and I hadn't secured insurance yet. Hanlon & Associates were able to exceed the auto and homeowner policies I found online. Tucker explained coverage to me and we came up with an awesome policy that I think will protect me and my family. Besides, it's way more comforting to sit face to face with your insurance agent versus doing it all online or over the phone. Highly recommended.
