Our last agent retired and Reid Strelow and his people took over and my family and I couldn't be happier!!! We were asked if we wanted to come in and review our policy (we've never been asked that before) he made changes for the better and we learned so much about our policy and what it does for us! He even stayed after hours for us to be able to come in. BEST custormer service EVER!!!!! SO SO HAPPY doesn't even cover it, great coverage, great prices, great discounts, GREAT GREAT GREAT!!! He listens to what you want and helps you figure out what best suits your lifestyle to make sure if anything happens you’re covered. He was able to save me some extra money by bundling my different policies and if I ever have a question he’s quick to respond.
