It was nice at first but I could tell from the beginning that the girl doing my hair was new. Wasn't the greatest at explaining what she was doing and didn't fully understand what I was asking. I had my hair dyed blue with a black peek a boo and i know that colored hair dye can be messy and stain. But NOT ONCE have I had the color bleed so much and stain my whole body blue especially after I waited the appropriate amount of time before washing it. Not even with box hair dye have I had this bad a result. Never going back.
I've only been going here to get my haircut for the last 3 years I would have five stars but I did have a bad experience with a beard trim otherwise they do an excellent job cutting hair and styling it I also bring my daughters here regularly

My haircut was wonderful today, and met my expectations of my first time at a salon. My expectations of customer service fell short with my stylist though. I have forgotten the name of the gal, but she was blonde. She did not introduce herself to me, and immediately sat me down and asked what I wanted for a cut. As described by the website, the client should get an interactive consultation, but my stylist failed to give me any opinions as far as ideas for a more fitting cut. She did not talk to me for the 30 minute duration of my visit, and it felt like it was because I look younger. I am in my 20's and I feel like the quality of my visit should be the same any older client that walks in. Other stylist were interactive with their clients, and were getting to know them, as I sat in complete silence with mine. I did not initiate conversation, and I was waiting for my stylist to provide me that warm experience that I expected from a higher end salon.
If you have Asian hair, I don't recommend going here at all, especially if you're wanting more than a trim. Not only did I receive a shorter haircut than I initially wanted, as you can see, the layers on my hair are uneven and not seamless at all; they are so choppy you can see where each and every layer is. I am so disappointed with the cut as this place is more high-end than where I usually go to, which is Great Clips or Cost Cutters; and even those places can deliver a decent job. This is by far the WORST haircut I've gotten in my life. I do not remember the name of the stylist who did my hair, but she is an older lady with red hair. She was very rude and treated me as if I was a child; she acted like she knew how to cut hair and like she knew exactly what I wanted but delivered the complete opposite. Do not recommend, if I could give zero stars, I would.
