I hired Wm K Cons to reroof my home. When it was completed they had to return three times to correct leaks where originally there had been none. We verbally discussed a problem area I had before they reroofed. It still leaked AFTER they re roofed. After multiple repeat trips they informed me that it was my problem as the porch had separated from the house. I hired a new contractor who investigated the situation and found that Wm K Cons had not applied the flashing on the roof. Obviously they chose to Not do a proper job originally and then made no attempt to correct their mistake. I would not hire this company for anything.!!!! They are all about collecting their fees but doing a slipshod extremely unprofessional job and not standing behind their finished product. Beware of this company!!!!
