I recently had Johnson's put new carpet and vinyl in my home. Jim Barsness was my sales person and he was helpful and professional. He came out and measured and stayed in contact through the process. The installer was Joel and he did an "A+" job installing. Joel was timely and also an excellent communicator with the install. I as always informed and updated from beginning to end. Extrememly professional and carefull installer!
Johnson Carpet has a group of very professional staff with experience to make sure that all the details are done right. I have enjoyed working with these guys for years on many different projects.
The absolute worst customer service. Owners are arrogant and don't care about making things right. Took my business elsewhere and had a much better experience at Highland Beauty Floors.
We bought Carpet from them, also had it installed by them! The guy did a good job and I love my carpet! Also thinking about getting a new Kitchen floor now:-)
