Tim, the salesman was very helpful. Caught an amazing no taxes deal for a brand new bed, frame, bed sheets and pillows. Paulette, billing and invoicing support was great to talk to when a mishap happened with payment. They remedied the situation within 4 days. Will buy from this store again.
Purchased an expensive bed from this establishment (10/10/2015). Within a week it broke. It's been 2 months, and they still do not have the parts to fix the problem. Multiple phone calls to the front desk/service department have been meet with short attitudes and excuses. Do not shop this business if you are looking for quality furniture or service.
I was there during construction so the floor selection was limited. The service is amazing though. I moved into a new place and had issues with my couch fitting in my small doorway. The staff was excellent at accommodating my needs. They even gave me same night delivery after they closed. On top of that, they gave me some pointers on moving the piece of furniture back out of my apartment in case I ever moved again.
This place has been going out of business since I was a child in the effing 80's. Ironically this place has managed to last longer then most of the surrounding businesses that weren't trying to go out of business.
