I bought a new control unit for my gas fireplace, installed it cost $400 which I was fine with but it failed after one week. I talked with their service person who was very unhelpful and said they wouldn't warranty anything but the thermocouple but I would have to pay for labor. A pretty expensive and unsavory experience. We bought a spa two years ago and we love it. We go back for everything we need for it. They have outstanding staff with great personal customer service. You definitely get what you pay for. They offer quality and great service. We visited I think every other dealer in the area and chose Energy Plus. When other sales people spoke bad about the competition the people at Energy Plus were only positive. We highly recommend them and their products.
I went back four or five times to ask more questions and he answered every question to my satisfaction. As it turned out, my 22 year old Energy King stove had a problem with air delivery and I needed a new stove, which I pick up last week from Engery Plus. As I was installing the stove, every time I called Chris with a question he was able to answer it. I am very happy with my new Jotul stove and all the support I have received and continue to receive from Chris and Energy Plus.
Good place prices a little high
I was planning to buy a new wood stove in the spring of 2018 so I started to do a little research online and at the three wood stove stores in my area. I went to Energy Plus and was greeted by Salesman Chris Carlson, who asked a lot of questions that nobody else had asked; square footage of the heated space, flue height and size, and I settled on two different stoves. Chris was very knowledgeable.
Good in-store service, but post-sales delivery and service are severely backlogged.
