I called to address my complaints and Teleflora gave me a credit of $16.00 for my trouble.
We had gone there twice in the last two months looking for trees. The first time we went they were literally dead they were brown and dried out and had obviously not been taken care of.The second time we went they had what we wanted, and when we were picking out which corkscrew willow tree we wanted we noticed that all of them, about half a dozen, had black willow aphid infestations. So disappointed. We have always had good look with arrangements from the florist but the garden center was just a joke. We asked about specific items and people would give very vague answers, as in "we might have that" and then we had to ask can you help us find where that may be. The only reason we may go back at this point is because we still have a gift certificate to use but we have tried to spend it twice now with no luck, so who knows.
Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT Order thru this florist.
Is there a reason why i should have to give a store my phone number and zip code just to use a credit card? The charge also pinged on my phone as that my card wasn't physically present. Whatever system you're using to process cc payments is extremely annoying. If you want to confirm my id then ask for my driver's license. I don't appreciate being logged into your database for your marketing.
I placed an order thru “ Teleflora” for a money tree ($50 dollar value)as a promotion gift for my daughters boyfriend. Left a nice message in the card for him about how proud I was of him. The original item I ordered was not available so they “substituted a misc floral arrangement”. I would expect when they state that they will substitute a “suitable and similar “ item that he would have been given another plant, not flowers..But it seems that this florist has NO plants. I provide my phone number when I ordered and thought I would be called if difficulty arose. That was not the case. People decided on how to spend my money for me. Looking at the website I expected a lovely arrangement to arrive. That was not what he got. My daughter called to tell me the flowers arrived, they were a very small arrangement in a mason jar and there was no message on the card.
Ladies are always friendly and helpful. Both orders were what I wanted and delivered on time.
All I wanted was a lovely plant for someone’s desk and that was too much for this florist to provide. Couldn’t even include my message on the card. Thank you for ruining what should have been a nice surprise.
