Went in yesterday at 1pm my sister and I were looking at bouquets for our mother. We were not acknowledged by staff until we asked for help, We were told after we asked if they could put something Together for us that they were "all sold out of labor for the day" I'm sorry but what the heck? Totally rude. We selected our own roses, paid and left. This was the closest shop to the hospital however if I had known there would be such awful service I would have chosen somewhere else to get roses.
Knowingly sold me a sick plant that had fungus nats, brought it home and spread to all my other plants. Stating that most of their plants can have fungus nats. Rude customer service. My friends and I will not be return customers. (Needs work on customer service, be less condescending)
I just got married in Duluth a couple weeks ago and Bella Flora did my floral arrangements. I cannot tell you how wonderful Ellie and the girls are to work with. They took the time to really listen to what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable. The flowers were more beautiful then I could have ever imagined!
