I would give them 0 star if I can. My iphone has so much problem even though it's less than 3 month old. When I finally brought the phone in to show them that the home button is not working and the screen was frozen, they restarted my phone (without me knowing, and I found out once I got home because they asked for my password not my finger print when I was there. This only happens when the phone is restarted) and told me that your phone is working fine. Of course it works because they restarted it. I tried not to restart it to show them the problem I have been having with my phone. I know it's not their fault that my phone isn't working properly, but I'm disappointed that they tried to cover it up.
I love the folks at Sprint Duluth! They have helped me with multiple phone issues for over 10 years now. They are always helpful, kind, patient And don't make me feel stupid at all for being technically inept!!!! I highly recommend this store and their service. Customer service is second to none!!!!
The experience I had today at the Sprint store in Duluth was more then I could have hoped for. I know nothing about technology and new phones and Nick, Daniel, and team were so helpful. I wasn't excited about the stress of shopping for a new phone and they literally made it a breeze. We even got a lot of laughs in! From the friendly service to the great listening skills that anticipated all my needs and accessories to even getting a tablet...I couldn't be more pleased! I would recommend Sprint to any of my friends. Thank you so much.
So i went in and switch from att and they made all kinds of promises turns out they messed everything up couldnt follow threw with anything ended up being over charged. For the past three months. Got my servise shut off today due to the fact they will not take my debit card, for god only knows why? So i would seriously recommend any where else. All the cheap deals will cost you more in the wrong run.
Great service! My phone was getting zero service, even from inside the store. The tech lady opened it up and apparently the antenna wasn't working. She ordered me a new phone and it came in two days later! Very satisfied and would definitely recommend.
