Best customer service and employees of any AT&T or local phone shop for that matter.
I went in there today with my grandma to do a warranty exchange because I feel my battery is failing. The lady told me that she would run "AT&T patented diagnostics" to determine the health of my battery. She went into the settings of my S7 and saw that my battery was charged to 100% so she assumed the battery was fine. She pressed an optimize button and called it good. I charged my phone a total of 5 times today and have used it no more than 4 hours. I expected a little bit more knowledge from someone who has been in this "industry" 6 years. Needless to say they wouldn't do my warranty exchange and told me that I don't know what I'm talking about. Little do they know I fix the phones for a living I just don't want to void the warranty on my phone. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Never again.
