I have. JC Penney card and use my debit card to pay? I almost monthly get a "spend $10 get $10 off! Who doesn't want to save that!? Great assortment of clothing and accessories for an ages!
Here is my story, I was shopping at jcpennys Duluth MN store. As I'm shopping I'm watching a lady put all kinds of stuff in her bag, makes prices go up when theft accrues I proceed to watch her and call the store and was speaking to manager telling her everything she had put in bag. She said thank you she was going to look for her right now lol right I continued to follow her another 15 minutes nobody came girl walked out with over 500 dollars worth of stuff that I seen very poor management
I had a great experience with Riley - one of the shoe sales associates. I was stuck having to take the display pair of shoes, so he offered 10% off, and then without me even asking he used a 15% off coupon that JCP apparently had but I didn't know about it. It was really sweet to see someone actually care about the customer as opposed to making a corporate giant a few more dollars.
Wonderful store with great sales and fantastic sales associates!
