Needed my lug nuts loosened. They helped me out free of charge. Seem like a good group of people to me.
Customer service was awful. The employees were rude and continued to brush me off for a simple tire repair. They refused to give estimates for any kind of repair the tire might have needed and then lied about the location of the puncture. Anyone considering this place should go elsewhere. I will not be a returning customer.
Very prompt service at a great price. I didn't have a coupon and they applied the coupon on for me anyways. Thank you that's awesome. I went around to a hand ful of other oil change services and it seems that they never have any time for anyone. Sorry other places, tires plus gets my business for going out of their way to get me in and out with a great deal on a full synthetic oil change.
Garbage experience, unbelievable was willing to spend almost 900.00 dollars on a set of tires I desperately needed and was told couldn't do it till Tuesday, I am not from Duluth and that is not a possibility. I am in customer service and I was taught that you never turn down business, i will purchases tires elsewhere and be sure to share my experience. Shame on you Tires Plus.
I don't trust this place at all. Ive gone to the superior location for oil changes and tire rotations with no issues. took it here and all of the sudden my car is making a funny noise after a tire rotation. Bring it back once and they claim its no big deal. Second time they say I'm going to need $1,000 worth of work! Got a second opinion and got more for my money and some of the work they talked about didn't need to be done! Don't bring your car here! I'll never make that mistake again.
